Submit your Payment
To begin the service request, click the button below and fill out the form with some basic information consisting of:

NAICS Code (find my NAICS code)
If you are a retail bakery such as Crumbl, your NAICS code is 311811. If not, use the keyword search on the NAICS site to find your code (link provided above).
After submitting the form, you will be redirected to our payment page via Helcim. If you do not have a Helcim account already, please continue as a guest.
Provide Additional Information
After completing your payment, you will be redirected to our information intake form. There, you will provide the following information (reports can be directly uploaded to the form):

YTD Payroll Register Report

YTD Equity Transaction Report from QuickBooks

Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN)
You will have the option to schedule a follow-up call with Natalya Hummer, CPA to go over your service request.

Within 24hrs after submitting the information intake form, our team will invite you to our practice management platform, Financial Cents. Where you can track the progress of your reasonable compensation study.
Financial Cents utilizes Digital Ocean and AWS (Amazon) as cloud service providers. Both providers are SOC II, SOC III, GDPR, and HIPPA compliant to ensure all uploaded files/documents are stored safely.
