Natalya Hummer, CPA, is the Founding Principal of Finatech Consulting and brings nearly three decades of expertise in corporate accounting and finance. Known for her transformational leadership and proven ability to achieve results, she is passionate about building best-in-class financial infrastructures for her clients. Natalya leverages technology and data analytics to design tailored KPIs and innovative financial solutions that drive client success. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Harvard University.
Mic Green | Accounting Director
Mic is an accomplished financial management professional with over 20 years of experience specializing in implementing efficient accounting systems and leading high-performing teams. With expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and process optimization, she is dedicated to delivering tailored solutions that help clients achieve their business goals. Known for her collaborative leadership and innovative approach, Mic excels at navigating complex financial landscapes with precision and driving measurable results.
Margaret Tan | Executive Assistant
Margaret is an experienced Executive Assistant with over a decade of expertise in administrative management, scheduling, and customer service. Anthony Cherkasskiy | Marketing & Onboarding Coordinator
Anthony is a passionate and creative coordinator specializing in client onboarding, digital marketing strategies, and content creation. As Finatech’s Marketing and Onboarding Coordinator, he takes pride in guiding new clients through a streamlined onboarding process, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring a smooth transition. Trusted by many of Finatech’s clients, Anthony is often their first call for support. Leveraging his expertise in video production and graphic design, he combines innovation and strategic planning to drive impactful marketing initiatives and contribute to organizational growth.
Marie Aswigue, CPA | Senior Accountant
Marie is an experienced CPA with a strong background in accounting, auditing, and financial management. Prior to joining Finatech, Marie managed diverse client portfolios at a regional U.S. CPA firm and held leadership roles at various audit firms, including EY Philippines, where she directed audit teams. She successfully oversaw financial operations and ensured compliance with regulatory standards. Marie is committed to delivering accurate financial reporting and strategic solutions tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
Jenny Rey, CPA | Senior Accountant
Jenny is a CPA with a proven track record of leading successful financial operations and optimizing organizational efficiency. Prior to joining Finatech, Jenny excelled in roles such as Site Head and Deputy Manager for Corporate Finance at Coforge BPS Philippines, where she managed finance operations, provided strategic guidance, and led forecasting efforts. Her expertise includes budgeting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and tax preparation. Jenny is known for her keen eye, leadership, team management, and ability to drive strategic financial decisions.
Angelu Arnaldo | Staff Accountant
Angelu is a skilled accounting professional with a B.S. in Accounting Technology from the University of Mindanao. With experience as a Virtual Corporate Accounting Specialist for Metropolis Condominium Management LLC, she has managed accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliation, payroll, and financial reporting. Previously, she served as Billing Associate at Awesome OS and Head of Finance and Accounting at Radtelcom Technologies & Industrial Supply Corp. Angelu is known for her strong analytical skills, effective communication, and commitment to modernizing financial operations.
