PAYMENT TERMS

Payments are made via ACH auto-debits through our current payment provider, Helcim.

Monthly fee payments are processed on, or around, the 15th of each month.
AUTOMATIC ANNUAL FEE ADJUSTMENT
Monthly fees automatically increase each January 1st by the greater of 3% or CPI-U, capped at 6%.
FINATECH RESPONSIBILITIES
Care & Professional Standards
Finatech will perform all services with reasonable care, professional judgment, and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, standard bookkeeping practices, and the service scope outlined in this Agreement. Our work is based on the information the Company provides, and we will notify the Company if we identify material inconsistencies, missing data, or items requiring clarification.
Confidentiality
Finatech will maintain the confidentiality of all non-public business, financial, and operational information shared by the Company. Such information will not be disclosed to any third party except (i) as required to perform the services under this Agreement, (ii) when compelled by law or regulatory request, or (iii) with the Company’s prior written consent.
Data Security
Finatech uses industry-standard security practices, including encrypted systems, secure password protocols, and controlled-access software, to safeguard client information. Access to the Company’s data is limited to team members who require it to perform services.
Third-Party Platforms
The Company authorizes Finatech to use secure third-party platforms (e.g., QuickBooks Online, SharePoint, Financial Cents) as part of service delivery. Finatech will take reasonable steps to ensure these platforms are reputable and compliant with applicable security standards; however, Finatech is not responsible for the security practices of those vendors.
Duty to Notify
If Finatech becomes aware of any unauthorized access, potential breach, or material data concern involving the Company’s information, Finatech will notify the Company promptly and assist in reasonable remedial steps.
TERM & TERMINATION

Month-to-Month Plan may be terminated with 30 days’ written notice.

Annual Plan is a 12-month commitment and renews automatically unless canceled with 30 days’ notice prior to renewal.

Finatech will provide notice of annual fee adjustments at least 60 days prior to their effective date. The Company may elect not to renew by providing written notice at least 30 days before the increase takes effect.
Early Termination/True-Up (Annual Plan)
If the Company terminates before completing the 12‑month term, or requests to exit the annual plan early, all months of service already delivered will be re‑priced at the current month-to-month rates. The difference between (i) the total fees that would have been billed at the current month-to-month rates and (ii) the Annual Plan fees actually paid will be charged as a one‑time true‑up, due upon receipt. Annual Plan discounts are earned only upon completing the full 12‑month term and are forfeited upon early termination.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide timely data access, respond to categorization questions, and maintain credential access. Delays and rework may result in additional hourly charges at the current hourly rates, to be announced annually.
